TOSHIBA SATELLITE L305-S5875 CPU Problem / Replacing

TOSHIBA SATELLITE L305-S5875 PROCESSOR Problem. Turning on using the battery will start the laptop but when using the power supply it will turn off  after a while, I've been struggle to find this kind of problem thinking that is only over heating are most common so I put some of silicon to contact and distribute the heat to  the heat sink but it din't work so I've been trying to find what cause to shutdown after plugging in the power supply, searching edge by edge to the to the mother board and found nothing, and I doubt the processor., Buying the processor is the risky and expensive to the owner, but that's the only one problem that I trace so far to get this laptop work.     

The Processor that I replace Intel Celeron M (surplus) with the same socket.

Option that I made is to clean the print head by cleaning solution. after putting back the print head, then test to print it is the same result no print out, In this case i suspect the main board have problems.

In this video you will see the white screen display of ASUS Eee PC 900HA. Folding to open or close the LCD monitor are no effects on the screen or display, in this case the flex connector was move by dropping or folding close open in a daily use. I try to attach the external monitor and find VGA is good. When I open the laptop I noticed that LCD connector have no tape,(tape avoid moving off the connector) Like other laptop that I open is secured by tape to prevent the connector into place. I didn't put tape in this video so that i can observe if it is the flex cable need to be replace, week after still normal no more white screen display or distort. in be half of the customer replacing the flex cable in  the authorized dealer will take a long time to wait. luckily flex cable or LCD are no need to be replace it is in good condition.

Red circles indicate that wire connecting to fluorescent is badly burn. LCD holder was snap and cause the wire connection to short circuit and burn. maybe Laptop was miss handle, luckily no need to buy a new one and replace, you can replace the fluorescent if you want, it is hard to find that item in our city, some store that have a supplier but it is order bases and it take so long and cost so expensive, but to those who have the capacity to buy in online it is advantage to them. 


I just test the fluorescent using a fine wire, cleaning  the burn rubber(carefully this thin fluorescent is easily to be broken), connect the fine wire to the pink wire and to the fluorescent.
